Unity Health at Spencerport

Area: 20,800 SF

Construction Complete: March 2010

This project was a new 20,800 sq. ft. medical office building, in which The Unity Family Medicine, Spencerport practice occupies approximately 10,618 sq. ft. of space. The goals of this project were to provide expansion space for additional caregivers, improve patient access and increase operational efficiency in a state of the art medical facility. Maintaining a tight budget and schedule while producing a high level of aesthetic quality was also a major goal was achieved through selective detailing, combining high quality with a low cost.
